WHAT’S INCLUDED IN RESIDENTIAL ORGANIZATION?

My organization process is completed in three phases:

Phase I: Purge, Sort, Categorize
Phase II: Space Planning & Product Sourcing 
Phase III: Install

I also offer add-on services that we will discuss during process if needed.

WHAT DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

Clients are charged based on scope of the project. I create a custom quote based on your space and your needs.  This quote covers the project scope outlined in your assessment plan. If the scope of the project changes, we will create a new quote based on your needs.

I offer packages to bundle hours and projects as well as gift certificates to give to newlyweds, home buyers/sellers, friends & family. 

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS?

A 50% deposit for services is required in order to secure your dates on the calendar. 

Your final invoice will reflect the remaining 50% from the initial proposal + products and any additional services.

I accept PayPal, cash/check, Venmo or CashApp.

DOES THE ORGANIZER PURCHASE PRODUCTS FOR ME? HOW MUCH IS IT?

I like to use what my clients already have and what works well for them. If we need additional products, I will source and present three options for purchasing. 

 

Each project is different, and I can't get an exact estimate on how much product will cost until we have completed, products typically average an additional 25-35% of the project total.

WHERE DOES THE PRODUCT COME FROM?

I source products from big box stores as well as work directly with product brands 
to bring products directly to you from the warehouse.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY SPACE AFTER THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED?

My goal is always to give you  a space that is functional and easy to maintain. At the end of our sessions, I have worked along side of you, in your home to map out the best system. I will walk you through your space once it is complete and show you the systems we have created together and the best ways to maintain them.

However, I never expect any client to maintain everything once it is "lived in" and so I offer customized maintenance packages (weekly, monthly, annually) to keep your spaces looking picture perfect year round.
