1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "We", "us", and "our" mean Spaces Organized & Styled, LLC

1.2 "You" and "your" mean the purchaser of goods, services, audio or video content from Spaces Organized & Styled, LLC.

1.3 This is a contract between us and you.

1.4 "Lifetime Access" means ongoing and complete access to the digital courses for the life of the program, not for your life or the life of Caitlin Adkins. This is ongoing access at no additional charge until the course is no longer offered, at which time all members will be given at least 12 months' notice before the program is closed. Any future closure of the program or community in the future does not affect the refund policy and does not entitle members to any form of refund.

2. CONTRACT

2.1 When you purchase audio or video content from us, we grant you a license (which is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable) to listen to, download or stream such content to your computer and/or other device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or use the content other than as set out in this contract. You must not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform the content in any manner and you must not exploit it commercially. You agree to not tamper with the content or create any derivative works therefrom.

2.2 We may terminate your license to use any purchased products if you breach this contract.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 You may request to make payment in installments. If you and we agree that you may make payments in installments, you must pay all installments on or before each due date.

3.2 The due date for each installment is 30 days after purchase and payment of the first installment, and 30 days after each previous installment.

3.3 The due date for each package payment is 24 hours prior to the last scheduled session. 

3.4 The due date for products purchased is 14 days from the date of the last session.  

3.5 All goods sold by us are charged in USA dollars. 

3.6 15% Discount provided to clients who purchase packages exceeding 20 hours.

4. GIFT CERTIFICATES

4.1 We issue all gift certificate purchases online via email. 

4.2 We issue all gift certificates provided via paper with a discount code or discount applied to the invoice.

4.3 Gift Certificates expire 365 days from the date of purchase.

5. ROLLOVER HOURS

5.1 We allow extra hours from packages to be applied to other projects.

5.2 Assessment for other projects must be scheduled before other work can begin with a new scope and contract.

5.3. Rollover hours must be used within 6 months from the completion of the last project.

6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

6.1 Voluntary Refunds

(a) If you work through the first few modules of a course and are not totally happy with it, then we will refund your money. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee and a refund period.

I believe in my courses and women have experienced fantastic growth, development, and results from investing in my programs. This type of progress requires that you follow the course and do the work. You must demonstrate that you have participated in the Course by accessing course content and/or joining the Facebook community before requesting a cancellation of your course membership and a refund. We may request the submission of completed worksheets, activities, and exercises in considering your refund request. A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation and a request for a refund. In considering your refund we may also charge an admin fee at our discretion.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing via this form within the defined refund period as listed above in section 6.1 (a).

(b) If you receive your money back you must delete every copy of the product and materials that you have downloaded as well as copies you have placed on other devices or media.

(c) Being removed or banned from the Facebook group does not entitle you to a refund of your enrolment fee.

6.2 If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice to us and the entitlement arising.

6.3 If you are required to return any goods, you are liable for the cost of returning those goods unless the cost is significant.

6.4 Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than USA dollars, you may be liable for the costs of exchange.

7. PRIVACY

7.1 You agree to our Privacy Policy available here.

8. COURSE TERMS

8.1 If you purchase a course membership, you must abide by the Course membership rules and policies.

9. EVENTS

9.1 Cancellation policy: Tickets are non-refundable but completely transferable. If you require your ticket to be transferred to someone else, please email their full name and email address to [email protected] no less than 3 working days prior to the event.

9.2 Event: Spaces Organized & Styled, LLC reserves the right to change the event at any time, this includes location. In the unlikely event that this will happen, every effort will be made to ensure an event of an equivalent standard at a reasonable distance from the original location.

9.3 Behavior: Spaces Organized & Styled, LLC reserves the right to prohibit entry or eject any person from the Venue based on behavior deemed inappropriate by Spaces Organized & Styled, LLC staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.

9.4 Image Release: In registering for Releasing the Roadblocks, you grant permission to Spaces Organized & Styled, LLC, its agents, and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing your image/likeness. You understand these images may be used for promotional, news, online/multimedia, research, and/or educational purposes by and for Spaces Organized & Styled, LLC. You agree that you are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties, or any other payment in respect of your image/likeness or its use. You release, discharge, and hold harmless, Spaces Organized & Styled, LLC and its agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of actions that you may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. If you do not agree to the above image release, you must advise Spaces Organized & Styled, LLC by email as soon as possible at [email protected].
